D&D Bot only collects information based on what you submit to the bot. D&D Bot does not have access to discord message.content and does not see the messages between users in discord servers. D&D Bot only has access to the information provided by the users themselves when a slash command is called.

Consent

By using D&D Bot in any capacity you hereby consent to the Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.

Information D&D Bot Collects

D&D Bot collects information needed to complete it's various functions. Including a user's Discord ID and any information the user submits for the bot to store.

Log Files

D&D Bot logs command usage information, specifically which command is used, user that executed the command, the guild ID of usage, and the date of usage.

This information is logged so improvements to the bot can be made, specifically to know which features users use and focus on improvements in those areas.

Information Usage

D&D Bot does not share any information collected from users with any third parties.

D&D Bot only collects information needed for bot improvements and to continue operating and providing users with the content they want to store/use.

Data Removal

If a user would like to have their data deleted they can request this via the official support discord.

Alternatively, the user is given commands with the ability to remove data manually.

Children's Information

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

D&D Bot does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information to our bot, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
